I stand corrected, but I think both Fisher and Franks are in the Upper Houses of their respective Parliaments (one Federal, one State), so they don't have an actual electorate, but are voted in by the quota system.
Nevertheless, I do agree it is an issue they are in the position they are, given their personal circumstances.
