My second wife (to be) knew the guy at Uni when she was on the On Dit editorial team, and if I'd lived in the electorate I would have voted for him.
He was my kind of candidate before Paul Keating polarised me..
I was fond of the "Don't vote, it only encourages them!" attitude.

Mind you I probably would have given Johnny Mac my 2nd preference as he did write the North Adelaide club song. :D

At the 74 election I was conscripted into handing out how to vote Liberal Movement cards (Steele Hall) in the senate. I coped it from both Labor AND Liberal supporters. :lol:
