I've got no doubt that within 12 months after Labor winning this election Rann will resign and he and his wife will move to their property in southern Italy which I've been told is looking pretty impressive.

 See this is what I find funny with right-wingers because no sane person would consider the SA Labor party or the federal one left-wing. They're the Liberal Party by default but that doesn't matter to right-wingers because it's always Labor=bad, Liberal=good regardless of the facts.

The Labor political people take themselves very seriously as socialists, but I agree with you
(other than our usual argument about the definition of right and left wingers (or whingers))

I set the hook you took the bait. You are right of course, the ALP repudiated socialism some time ago as it is electorally unpopular, everyone knows that even right wingers like me. I'm just unhappy with the lack of consultation, lack of transperancy and the relentless spin of the Rann government, overall they've been pretty benign, but have treated the electorate like fools in their second term.

LOL - just heard that Labor Party stooges & media advisers outnumbered every other person in the Rick Pearce court room today and several denied who they are and/or why they were there.

What a farce and what a joke they are

All he had to do, but you advised him against,..............

Absolutely right, another big report in the Advertiser today, Mr Phillip's lenient sentence must be a headache too the Rann team not the outcome they would have wanted. Some might interpret the sentence as a vindication for a cuckolded husband?

http://www.adelaidenow.com.au/news/in-depth/premier-ranns-wife-sasha-rejects-claims/story-fn2sdwup-1225837515950

Mr Rann was not present during the interview, conducted in his 15th-floor office in the State Administration Centre. The only other people present were Mr Rann's chief media adviser, Jill Bottrall, and photographer Tait Schmaal.

Ms Carruozzo said it was her decision to speak out and she had not been coached by the Premier or anyone else. She said it was frustrating that people were not listening to Mr Rann and were "too interested in gossip".

Why did she need the Rotty there then?

Labor says its plan to build a new RAH is better, quicker and cheaper than rebuilding the existing RAH.

It lodged a complaint with Electoral Commissioner Kay Mousley about the Liberals' election advertising, saying the $700 million rebuild claim was inaccurate and misleading. Ms Mousley dismissed the complaint yesterday.

Was down the Parade yesterday when it was full of Liberal Nancy Boys for the campaign launch.

Pity I missed the car crash outside the hall ... labor will do anything to create a diversion.

Oh, and Izzy promised a few more things apparently ... http://www.adelaidenow.com.au/news/in-d ... 5837991494

Rumour going around the Health Dept two weeks ago was that it is a done deal, Foley to Premier, Hill to Treasury, Lomax-Smith to Health....
Let that be a lesson to you Port, no one beats the Bays five times in a row in a GF and gets away with it!!!

This is very funny:

Sue Gordon of Adelaide Posted at 8:26 AM Today
I am sorry I just won’t be able to vote Liberal, their policies lack any vision. Pity because they had a golden opportunity to get back into government but I don’t think they are worth the risk.

Kris Hardwick of Athelstone Posted at 8:26 AM Today
Nothing the Liberal’s have done over the last few weeks has impressed me. Whatever you think about Rann the fact is his ideas so far have been far superior to those of Isobel Redmond’s.

Leanne glynn of Woodcroft Posted at 8:28 AM Today
Isobel Redmond’s reckless spending spree will lose this States AAA credit rating. She must explain how she intends to pay for both their claimed $700 million rebuild of the RAH – and their claimed one billion dollars in “savings”.

Kinda cute how 3 apparently different people, that are all bagging the Liberals have the same computer glitch- Leanne 52, Kris 50 and Sue 49 maybe you could all get a deal on getting it fixed....or ask Mike for a new computer!!!
