Most Latin nouns with an -is ending in the nominative and accusative form go to -es in the plural...

I've no idea. You'd do better to ask somebody who occasionally handles more than one of them at a time ;)

Not sure either but there was a NZ international cricketer in the 60's who was called Bob Cunis ... poor bastard, 6 of one, half a dozen of the other.

Sorry, back on topic.

Liberal Party have almost lost my vote by having 3 morons on South Rd waving election posters at cars this morning. O maybe theyre labour plants?
Honestly, WTF do these people think?
I can just see myself getting to the Ballott Box on Saturday as a swinging voter and thinking "Who do I vote for? Oh I know, Ill vote for that candidate that had the posters being waved about"

There's been very little political adverising around my area (I suppose when it's a safe Labor seat with a 28.5% margin). Basically had one ad each from Labor, Liberal, Family First, and AbortSA. The Liberal one was pretty much the first day of the election. However, the rest were in an interesting batch - there was a Family First booklet, then when you opened it you had Labor, Abort SA, and Domino's vouchers!

Was there? I must admit I might have only seen 1 or 2 of them and assumed they were all the same and as I was driving at the time 2 or 3 lanes away Ill bow to your recollection.

I didn't even notice who which electorate they were advertising for but if they were getting traffic off the Expressway I'd assume it would be for a candidate down south, a candidate around there would be pretty useless.
