Ok, so if Abbott had of talked the Independants into siding with him, would the people have elected the Coalition into Govt?

I can't see how the people could have elected anyone, when after the votes were counted we didn't have a Government.....

So what do you propose should've happened WCP? We all line up and tick a box again? What if it's the same result? We do it again?

Not having a go, just genuinely interested.

Jimmy, how are you able to post the pic like that?

I just did the test and want to post it but not sure how.

It really all boils down to whether the party or coalition who wants to form government has the confidence of the house ... which means that as long as they can survive a no-confidence motion then they're free to govern with a majority of seats, even if that majority is supplemented by those outside the party like independents.

Gozu, I had the same problem. If you save the image to your hard drive then attach it like a photo to your post. That's why mine looks a little different to the others.

It could be some sort of issue with IE ?

Edit: I did what dedja advised and now it looks the same as the others

Oh okay, yeah I think I've done that before but wanted to do it like the others have it without saving it to my hard drive but there's no 'view image' option when I right click on the pic.
