FFS, will the Independents please pull the plug and force an election ... this rabble deserves no place in government.

Rudd was the PM and not only did he kick Howard's arse at the '07 election he sent him into retirement absolutely humiliated as just the 2nd PM to lose his own seat. As a more popular PM than Howard and one of the most popular PM's in history I think he's entitled to soak up the adoration of a shopping mall stroll.

And before you say if we didnt want gillard back in in the last election then why is she the PM, the Kevin 07 party nearly wiped the liberals off the face of the earth, and it was almost virtually impossible for the libs to win the last election as they needed a massive swing to do that, and seeing the results that it was a hung parliment at the last election. for the libs to come back from where they were in 07, that to me proves we dont want gillard. Im sure if rudd was still there in the last election it would have been a diff story for labor.

yes labor won, but they were so far in front in the 07 election and to nearly lose the last, that was a big eye opener.

We didn't vote Rudd in we voted our local members in and the labor caucus voted Rudd in as their leader.

ok then .....

i think we are all clutching at straws here now...

he said/she said,he didnt/she didnt....

julia was clearly out voted whether we voted for local members or not in the previous election, yes she made it but labor were so far in front in the 07 elcetion ,for them to come back to a hung parliment tells me that she was out voted. if it was closer in the 07 election, then im sure the libs would be in power today.

kevin was the clear winner in 07 whether or not we voted for local members to get him power etc.

Fact is Rudd was elected in 2007 .... He got put aside as he was very low in the polls . Alot due to some poor decisions by him. He was proven to be a poor pm. One of the worst.

Gillard comes in to do a job. I don't agree with her policies but she is alot better than the media sucker of Rudd.

The guy has had his time . He failed but seems to be hell bent on ripping his party apart and acting like a spoilt school kid who did not get picked on the footy team.

Personally I wouldn't trust any of them. If you guys think Abbott would do a great job you guys are dreaming. Abbott will be worse than Costello and don't tell me Turnbull wouldn't mind putting a knife in Abbott's back and taking over the leadership. Abbott wants a US style of wages and work place relations. Abbott would love to be rid of unions also which is not a fair deal at all because some unions do work for their members. Right now there is no one who could really run this country as good as it should on either side of government.
