I think I have it...the Great Aussie Election Debate - trying to replicate how most Australians start and resolve a heated political discussion.

The rules:

1. Both leaders must blow at least 0.15 before the election commences or they will not be allowed to participate
2. The adjudicator shall be Sir Les Patterson (open to other suggestions here)
3. Each leader must start their each address to the other with..."that is a load of f**king crap"
4. Each leader must drink at least one stubbie every 30 minutes
5. Only the leaders wives may stop the debate by dragging them away saying "it is time to go home dear"

Not too sure on how to decide the winner though...any thoughts

2. The adjudicator shall be Mark Jackson. Oi!

That'll get some fire under their arses.

All debates should be conducted via forums only. This allows all involved to be petty, vindictive and abusive which is what we're all looking for from our political leaders. Paul Keating would RULE if they were held this way. :D
