Just got 2 recorded political messages to my home phone 20 min apart.One a girls workchoices story(unofficial ALP via union movement) and another one from ALP I think but it was so scratchy I could not really tell. I find this bloody intusive and overbearing .If ya want to get ya message across at least have the decency of a live human on the other end ......and they both appeared as a private number on caller ID.

It's crap isn't it? I assume this means the media blackout has started, so they make phone calls instead.

I'm in what will be a seat comfortably held by labor so I dont anticipate any phone calls. My advice to any one receiving unsolicited phone calls is to do the common sense thing and hang up.

Wouldn't it have been better to put the receiver down and walk away, leaving the line intact, so the machine wastes 5 minutes?
