I lost count of the number of times Oakes called him a weathervane.

I have NFI what Abbott actually stands for, nor what he'd actually do if he was to become PM.

The Toad has probably been the star performer this campaign.

Followed by Kerry O'Brien - he put Gillard through the wringer last night.

Just maybe...

Politics is mostly propaganda these days, politicians and MSM all guilty of it. See News LTD ad hominem analysis of Julia Gillard and the ad nauseum start to Labor's election campaign.

Attacking your opponent and repetitive slogans are a feature of every election.

You're quoting News Ltd as a reliable source on Julia Gillard

As for repetition, how about Tony's 'great big new tax', or his latest 'stop this, stop that, stop something else and stop the boats', trotted out at every opportunity :)

Sorry R&B, my post above was meant to be in reply to smac's comment, regarding propaganda, in the other thread. Oops.

I was just pointing out a couple of examples of typical propaganda - News LTD's attacks on Gillard's ear lobes being an example of ad hominem propaganda, 'moving forward' an example of ad nauseum.
