Corey Wingard for example spent the weekend trading barb's over twitter with Tom Konstantinos of the South Road project.

Which was hilarious by the way but probably not a great look to be honest.

Vicki getting herself into a little bit of grief and whilst she'll be done, again doesn't play well.

Let's get to our environment Minister, old mate Spiers. **** me dead how does this bloke have a job. Remarkable and worrying at the same time.

Reckon March 2022 won't be kind for the liberals in this state.

Yes, I know Jack has left Labor.
But I saw him at a local community hall trying to sell Transforming Health.
And he was very unconvincing. In fact it was embarrassing for him and Katrina Hildyard.
He didn't sound at all prepared.
Wade sounds more prepared than he was.

Vicki launching legal action directly against Tom Konstantinos in regard to the ICAC for the Kangaroo island lumber port.

A few thoughts straight up here as it seems odd to go straight for Tom when there is and entire committee there, but Tom does run his mouth a bit and fingers via Twitter. But is this and attempt to impede the ICAC? Maybe to delay it long enough for her to be out of government?

No idea seems odd though. As that would be implying that she is in some trouble and looking to disrupt this or have Tom removed.

Oh yeah don't get me wrong he's a massive flog l, but I just can't help but wonder if this is also being used to slow down with investigation.

I thought she'd get out of it pretty easily but seems there's a bit more to this.

From what I can see about all of this, at the time when the location for the port was getting look at she wasn't the planning minister, she was just over there being an annoying nuffy. Clearly being from KI she was against this development.

It seems less about the land she owned across the road and more about her being a NIMBY.

Then as planning minister she kills it off and calls it a shit plan.

The conflict is minimal, the NIMBY is max and then the bias she shows as planning minister is there but not because of the conflict but because she is a NIMBY flog.

Sums it up pretty well
It doesn't matter what the select committee says. They always go on party lines and most of them are effwits anyway

Should this have now gone to ICAC but the politicians have emasculated it?

Ironically the expansion of the definition of parliamentary privilege championed by TomK has the effect of shielding the A-G from any ICAC fall out arising from the Committee's findings or report.

This in itself is evidence of the witch hunt. Even if/when they found something by reason of their own amendments to the ICAC legislation it would put any findings of wrongdoing outside the reach of the law.

Yeah pretty much. Works well when the planning minister is also the AG.

Independent finding has placed the GRUB Chapman in a position that there is no confidence in The Deputy Premier for deliberately and intentionally misled the House and breeched the Ministerial Code of Conduct .

Finally time to go Grub and your move Marshall .
