you'd love to have Joe camped at full forward and have Colin Ferme and Matthew Dignan poking the ball to him. No full back in history would get near the big lug lol

That's what freedom is all about mate. Freedom of speech. Freedom of thought. Freedom to argue with people that disagree with you and not go to gaol (or worse) for it. That's what your father (and both my grandfathers FYI) fought for.

Part of that freedom would be the freedom to express your views and be treated with respect not contempt....
I'm pretty sure there's a lot more to life than being really, really, ridiculously good looking. And I plan on finding out what that is.

Precisely.

My father fought at Tobruk, Alamein, New Guinea, etc. 2/48th Battalion - Rats of Tobruk.

You don't have a mortgage on righteousness, Darth. You're welcome to follow failed right-wing, rich American commentators and in our democracy we're entitled to disagree.

As for your contribution, MM, there wasn't much sarcasm involved. Anyone on here is entitled to be treated with respect, but that's a two-way street. Darth is happy to label those with an opposing view to his as, well, nondescript for example. That's one of his kinder adjectives. I'd suggest he's less respectful than most on here.

PS: Darth, if you want to keep to facts, any update on the source of your claim that Obama is rating 27%? I've asked several times now.

yeah well what the leftie pinheads do is insult you and arrange persona;l attacks when you threaten their views. They weren't paying attention when lecturers put up the theory that opinions expressed as facts equal arguments. I actually love it because you can really get under their skin with a mimimun of research. It is heaven

Well, MM, what's your take on this, then :D

Nice that you admit you do a minimum of reseach ;)

Any update on the 27%, or is that too much research?

There's no logic in you referring to people as pinheads while at the same time complaining about being personally attacked. Where have you been personally attacked?

Misinformation doesn't help anyone, so please don't feel like corrective statements are a personal attack.

.........Like being called "leftist nondescript people" or Latte sippers, or a leftie pinhead ?

Personally I couldn't care less. Water off a duck's back. But you make a good point.

DV go to Good ol Boy country and ask them who they would vote for? Most will vote Republican with out even thinking about it. Now I know that the U.S. didn't get much of a choice and George Dubya couldn't serve another term (thank god). But they are having more problems state wise over there than we are. Texas is in debt and yet it is rich with Oil but still they are in debt with a 27 billion dollar spending gap not a good sign.

the US is in huge trouble right across the nation. When they sneeze we catch cold. Bush is unfairly treated by the left and even today the liberals over there blame everything on him. But I wonder what would have happened if Obama's PC cowboys were in charge of the store when those Muslim ratbags flew planes into the WTC. Many people over there sort of think he would have froze at the controls. These are not FNC staffers or front men but regular blokes in bars and at meetings that I spoke at length to when I was there quite recently

No misinformation is good. I'm happy to be proven wrong in a debate because it means I'm learning.

You've made a heap of xenophobic statements across the forums and got exactly the reaction you were looking for, so I think it's a bit rich that you're now crying foul about being pulled up about it and dressing it up as intimidation and bullying.

Perry is running for the office of Vice President and at the moment things are looking better for Obama. Bush is not unfairly treated at all. The man never should have took office in the first place. The U.S recession has damn well brought the country to their knees. Clinton started this trend towards the recession Bush aided it and nearly de-regulated the finance industry over there and these guy who run the country no matter who is in charge grabbed everything that was not nailed down.

that is sooooooooooooo freaking precious. You continue to underestimate the situation. Simplistic dismissal of a threat to your comfort zone - when all else fails take the piss and hope the antagonist falls over. Sorry that is not me.
However, your site will benefit in the long term - this is not something that socialists are familiar with - but I will recruit more posters.
One who has registered last week still has not got the green light and another one registered (I think) on Wednesday has not the green light either.
P:retty soon we will even up the left v right and that is a good thing huh?

Dude calm down and take a chill pill I am using fact and truthful information I have recently read and stumbled across in recent days.
The situation in Texas.
http://www.latimes.com/news/opinion/edi ... 4985.story
Here is George F Will's take on Egypt
http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/co ... 03316.html
Right now I find out more information trying to go through one nations newspapers and opinion looking for college football information than anything else. I might be based in Victoria but I know more of what is happening over in Texas than I do of what is happening here in Victoria.

Dude! FFS I haven't been called a dude for ages. I am quite calm strawb. I am currently working online and doing serious stuff mostly in Washington where it is about to go 8.30am. In between exchanging stuff with my colleagues ( a wanky term for workmates) I am poking my nose into SAFooty and getting quite a few laughs. I have cut and pasted some of this stuff and emailed it over there and I have some expat Aussies pissing themselves. Its all good.
