Competitive evaluation process?
Just heard Kevin Andrews on the radio refusing to be drawn into a definition of the term. He also praised the workforce as highly skilled.
Isn't he the canoe dude?
A new term to hide the truth.

Abbott was just so desperate to save his skin yesterday so told backbenchers what they wanted to hear. The problem is (again) that he didn't confer with the minister responsible, let alone cabinet, so as usual, they have to pick up the pieces.

This is how this PM operates. He thinks Government Executive consists of the Prime Minister's Office alone.

This is why he will not be PM for much longer.

I heard that the Minister said that the ASC welcomed the "Competitive tender process".

Now, if I was in business and held a contract of that magnitude I highly doubt I would be happy with the people who awarded that contract taking it back to market. Does the LNP minister expect us to believe that the ASC is happy with this?

Oh its comedy hour.

Abbott tells a local backbencher what he wants to hear

the very next day a local Senator says nothings changed....

it all very uncomfortable for Abbott now...

Well in his defence mal, this being the first time I've logged on in ages it's also the first time I've heard his views on Abbott.
FWIW, Abbott would look a lot more honest if he just came forward and admitted he's a liar.

All labor has to do is ask for clarification. That will then cause an implosion within the liberal party.

Perhaps Labor could start with ...

My question is to the Defence Minister. Could the Minister advise the House what a competitive evaluation process for the submarines will entail.

My question is the the Defence Minister. Does the Minister still have confidence in the leadership of Tony Abbott and julia Gillard.

My question is the the Attorney-General. Could the Minister advise the House of the new metadata requirements that Internet Service Providers will need to comply with.

Point of Order Madame Speaker. The question was asked of the Attorney-General, not the Communications Minister.

I suspect the Libs are capable of assassinating their leader without assistance, but I suppose some help wouldn't hurt.

By the way, Conroy trying to make mileage but keeps shooting himself in the foot.
