Ladhams skipped out to a bit of a lead in the goal kicking.
Possible to get to the 100?
Bridgey and nairne neck and neck for top spot.
Ironbank are definitely the form team of the comp though, should be an interesting game this week against Nairne!

Hopefully have the straight kicking boots on this week. Have been wayward in front of goal at times and this has cost Ironbank a couple of wins.

We certainly can't kick straight Keefy been a problem all year. Although bridgey did it against us which helped us win that game.

I'd say Bridgey and Nairne are still the teams to beat but we are certainly excited for the match up this week against Nairne. Will really test where we are at.

Something a bit different here.
Love to hear everyone's opinion on this.

Who do you think the best player in the competition is?
Who do you think wins the Mail medal this season?

Hard to go past Hanna as the best player, McDonald or the Rupcic boys.
I'm gonna go a bit left field and say Moss from nairne for the medal. Brad Pearce will be up there and wendleborn.

I would say jock mcleay would be the best player in the comp. for the medal will say hanna doesn't have many to take votes from him and for a roughy I will say tagliafirri

Hanna is certainly up there, Mcleay is very handy but personally id go Mcdonald as the best.
Im not sure how you have wendles up there for the Mail Toto, i highly doubt he will poll many votes. Hes still very handy but certainly not as dominant as he once was (i hope he doesnt mind me saying that). My tip for the mail may be slightly biased but i think Ironbank Skipper will muirden will win it comfortably, in each game we have won he has been in the top few players on the ground. Hanna would also be a good chance. Max wakefield as my roughy, hes been terrific all year.

Southern Football League in crisis. Check out their facebook page, looks like they are trying to salvage what is left but too little too late I think. Might be some truth to those rumours about Flagstaff Hill and Happy Valley making a move to the HFL. Interesting reading on the SFL fb page especially some of the comments.

FIELKE has advised the RAMS he will be retiring from coaching at seasons end. Let's hope we can send him off with a few good wins.

Going else where @RAMS?

Tips for this week.
Birdwood over meadows by 5 goal
Kangy over Maccy by 3 goal
Bridgey over gum by 4 goal
And I'm tipping a draw between Ironbank and nairne.

No Filks is retiring from coaching.

Hard tough slog at Nairne yesterday with the boys winning in a tight one.

A couple big upsets.
Birdwood won't make finals now and Gumeracha have locked in an elimination final against either Ironbank or kersbrook, and Nairne have pretty much sewn up top spot by knocking off Ironbank.

Probably the most even/exciting finals series to come in a few weeks I think!

Has anyone heard anything regarding where finals are going to be played this year?
I know they need to wait and see who finishes where first, but generally they have a fair idea by now?
Surely the GF goes back to Maccy this year? Easily the best ground/facilities for it.
Callington is better than it used to be, but Bridgey will more than likely be in it, so can't be there.
