Out of curiosity, would this be out of a desire to play at an even higher level?

So is that Glenn, Collins, White, Marks and Johncock out from last season?
Oval Ball are all these new players below correct, if so, there seems to be 17 points from an available 12?
2 Gibbs = 6 points
Howson = 3 points
Payne = 3 points
Taylor = 0 points
Ferenci = 2 points
Total 14 points

Now a Mail Medallist (maybe Allmond?) another 3 points?
Total 17 points

Howson hasn't played 25 games for Willaston, he left after playing 18 games in one season, so he will be 3 points!

Would Howson be 2 points since he already spent one season there? Or does it reset to 3 again?
Had he played more than 25 games which would take 2 years is he then able to come back as a zero pointer or would he still be one point?

I think if he left before 25 games, he comes back as a 3 pointer
If leaves after 25 games (2 seasons) he comes back as a zero pointer
Im probably wrong though
