Meadows not the easiest club to coach at. I have never heard of any coach that has coached longer than 2 years there. Can anyone from Meadows think of one?

Well you would have to go back a few years as most coachs over the past 6-8 years have ended on their terms. David Thomas, Andrew Bruce, Flintham and Blake either didnt want the job again due to personal reasons (family, further their careers etc). So dont think that comment has any substance really.

I just think its tough because the club has 2 factions, and most of the time they both have different opinions about the coach. Plus you have to coach players like Rohan Reid who think they're the king and can train only when they want, and even then they spend it all in the trainers room.

Hey Bat Pad, you must be a ordinary bloke to bag the trainers when all they do is volunteer to help the club out. I am guessing you are referring to MRs. Trott pull your bloody head in mate, she was great in helping one of our players out when we played them. I don't mind the bitching about players but when it comes to clubs volunteers i think everyone should keep there mouths shut there are just trying there best to help players get on the park.

It has been 24 hours and he's still not laughing, that may have to do with good mate S russell and his drinking and batting form, one is currently very good the other not so good. Also who is Mrs trott?

I'm assuming she is the trainer a couple of Meadows lads were complimenting. Obvious Yoda doesnt agree that she is attractive, and apparently saying that she is is bagging her. Clearly S Russell wasnt only blind Friday night, but Saturday arvo aswell after shouldering arms. Went down really well, especially since he is the Vice-Captain.

Ballhog, I would of thought Josh Russell had burnt a few bridges at Meadows, seemed quite happy to jump in to the club when he turned his back on it.

Bat Pad by the sounds of things you know Rohan very well and to have insights into his training exploits perhaps you may have played at Meadows yourself. You might want to becareful not to give yourself away.

Interesting to read some of this stuff about another club (Meadows in this case) with a few Bridgewater boys heading that way, partly for exactly the reasons talked about at here, about Meadows. Me thinks they may be jumping out of the pan into the fire.

Just goes to show that football clubs, of all persuasions, are basically the same, same politics, same bul**t.
