Gossip from the EP tour lads, eags creating history in getting entire team evicted from Hackney Hotel for assault with an ice cube. Hit a bogan with a mis-guided lob of ice, then bogan called the cops, 3 cars rocked up and when finished laughing at "victim" asked if we could kindly move to another pub. Congrats to eags on making the team of the carnival though!!! Also to Bozo Larwood from Kimba taking out the fielding trophy and Dope for being named a reserve in the Team of carnival. All lads very sore heads this morning and suffering chronic fatigue

If you;ve been reading about it so far EU have lost MP to Marble Range (if they have his signature yet) but have resign every other PT lincoln player from last year, also re-signed Greg Symonds and Sean Evans coming back from a year off - there are also 1 or 2 more in lingo which i cant post about yet

Ferret is not going to ramblers, although from reports i've heard he is un-happy bout not getting the coaching roll in their 100th year - tumby have picked up two new young lads from other leagues but cannot remember their names, maybe someone from tumby can post them on here so we can see what their like?

G.Pedler was never leaving to m/r as already expressed by WCP

Darren smith new coach of cougars, bawden has moved to adelaide as has Z.kenny (from all reports) zeb kenny of course got runner up in the mail medal last year and b&f for cougars so along with bawden that is 2 massive losses

UY still trying to re-sign Easty....doubt they will get that signature and if they dont get it, it will unfortuanetly be another turnstyle year for them.

Lock - who knows they live to far away to hear anything, but they are always hard to beat with a full squad

Rambler - have lost 7, 5 of them are KEY players, how ever with their signing of aging legs in boxer and rule, along with s.pedler they will still be front runners....im sure all teams will be hoping for one of those oldies to not last the season

Other than that no new news in the GFFL, ramblers the ones to beat of course, with all other teams at full strength it will be a battle between tumby, cougars and EU for the second spot leading into the finals

Just a correction, Darren Smith is only helping out, Justin 'Crabber' Pedler has the job full time.

I wouldn't be holding my breath for Rog or Ruley to not make the season. Rog is as fit as anyone going around and Ruley will play in the goal square and do it easy. Ruley will embarass some fullbacks up there this year, mark my words!! I'd hate to be one on one with him in the square, hold you off with one hand and mark it in the other.

WT - i can see UY resigning easty - theyve done it before... no reason why they cant repeat it...

Looks to be an interesting year.... finally... having ramblers win every year is beginning to get boring... but I'll sit up and take notice if Bostons beat club this year ... on the scoreboard...
