Renmark are looking pretty good from all accounts.
New bloke they've picked up - Aaron Camplin, from Centrals - should be pretty handy. Good bloke too.
Got former North Adelaide under 19 captain Matt Barlett playing as well.
Several other guys returning to the club.
Dempsey will be a huge loss though.
The Bs should be pretty youthful I'd say. Former under 18 coach Brenton Venables is looking at getting a lot of younger guys in there that he used to coach.

Haven't heard about Flarts coming out of retirement but will look into it.
That would be good for a laugh.

Hard to see Barmera being at all competitive this year with those kind of losses!
Some heavy recruiting is needed methinks.

Wunkar missed out on Jesse Smith.

Have heard he and Jamahl Liddle are heading to Mildura.

Why are so many Loxton players leaving the Tigers after a premiership and giving up the chance to play at Footy Park in August in front of 40,000 against Waikerie in a Crows curtain raiser.

Wunkar have picked up a few more in the last week, former Independent best first year player, Grant Paull returning from Gaza, Matt Raymond from Paralowie and a guy called Atze from Pinnaroo. There are two others I cant remember plus a few more on the way, as well as the colts picking up a couple of big lads who could play both if needed.

Ha ha ha - no one from Paralowie would worry me lol.

We've got plenty of other things to worry about anyway at the moment. Sadly.

As for the Loxton question....I'm not sure.

I don't if it's a lack of loyalty. Maybe it's a sense of job done, now let's move on.

That premiership's been a good five or six years in the making. Murray Voigt, although some would disagree, got the ball rolling. Just couldn't finish the job, and then it took Mick Zerna a further three years to finish it. A sense of relief one would imagine.

But still, you're right, there would be plenty of incentive to stay on.

Heard last night that Jamahl is staying at Loxton with Jesse as well.
Apparently Barmera offered a fair bit of coin for Jesse's services but he knocked it back, not wanting to play against old teammates, but that could be just a rumour as well.
Also heard that Clonan might not be playing for Waikerie.....don't know if that's old news or not but he would be a big loss.

I thought those boys were going over the border to Mildura now Barry. I guess we'll get a bit of an indication at next week's carnival. Coming over for that Barry?

Interesting news on Clonan, not heard that. But he can be a bit combustible.

Not sure on what bertsy's doing Stevie K.
