I haven't seen too much of him but would it be fair to say United are struggling if he is kicking a bag?

After the controversies last weekend in the Kangaroos/Sydney game, i wonder if Virginia will also be charged 50k for playing 19 men on the field? also wonder if the 19th man could also be copping a fine for not having any green or red in his green, red and white uniform.

Thats a bit rough Bob but there was a bit of controversy in the B's though with Virginia having 3 on the bench for the first 3 qtrs before a United official informed them you can only have 2 in B grade! Lucky United got up and there was no need for them to take the issue further.

See my posting from last week - Bawden umpired TW v Virg the week before and was quite possibly the most disgraceful effort I have ever seen (and Tallboy witnessed that game) - imagine the shock when he runs out AGAIN this week - on last weeks effort he should have been doing the U14 at best. The other guy was OK this week and Bawden was nowhere near as officious this week (could not have umpired that bad 2 times in a row).

Interesting Swamps that I thought he was better but I had the previous weeks effort to judge him on - coming to see him for the first time - yea he was probably still very ordinary.

I have to say though - his signals are first class and straight out of the text book - shame we have to see them so often.

It seems that is the biggest priority for most of them, and lets no forget the running form when giving a 50 m penalty. Heels up and chest out, sheer professionalism

Yes - it is sensational to watch - pure poetry - it's why I go footy

Why the difference from the interchange bench?
Weird.

Speaking to a member of his immediate family, whom i happen to have a close connection, it became apparent that he didnt play due to an unavoidable committement. Whiting were on at Parham. He'll come back through the 2's this week vs Virginia.

Yep, my mail is that all is not so rosey out at the water tower, and i had them as premiership favourites.

My source tells me that there has been some "grass that has been cut" by a prominent menber of the A-Grade and that it has not sat well with the other parties.

Think i'm being cryptic, i am i suppose, alright, i've been told that someone has slept with someones else's Missus and there is division within the ranks. Mind you they are not the first club to witness this kind of carry on, but they would expect to be winning games of football and when they are not, Ass's will be kicked and some may even be shown the door.

yep, it's a ding dong battle we have here in the plains, good on the Rams, not a shock, but a bit of a surprise to say the least, the Bombers were brought back down to earth with an almighty thud this week, the HWE boys dusted off the cobwebs and on the back of Jezza kicking a lazy eight gave the bombers a reality check.

As we all know the Rams, got acroos the line with the big Moosey slotting it through after the siren, the Ouzo was flowing like water and a couple of lads even brought their celebrations to our neck of the woods, good on em.

And yep, the other game, match of the round status beforehand saw the maggies with Montgomerie, Montgomery and er Montgomerie run the game out better than the Roosters, who were brave but came up short, a few costly misses through out the day did not help our cause, but with Little Whitty filling the shoes of one J.Hollitt the Magpies would be looking toward a showdown with the Giant killing Rams.

Not harsh enough, The umps are terrible, Dont even know the rules, cant even count! While awarding a free kick and placing the mark on the 50m line, the ump awarded a 50m penalty and the place the mark at the end of kick off square!  BUT There is hope the young fella umpired the Bs brillant job, great to see

2 out of 3, well done to the Rams knocking off Longies.

Went to the Two Wells vs Mallala game and saw a great display of running footy by the Pies.

Wow, Hummocks are back! pulverising the Bombers by 20+ goals.

:? How reliable is your 'source' on this one rooster?
I have a fair bit to do with the United boys and I'm fairly sure it's a load of crap.
