But it's christmas ??? A time for giving ?? ;)
I love grapes. With grapes, you always get another chance. You know, if you have a crappy apple or a peach, you’re stuck with that crappy piece of fruit. If you have a crappy grape, no problem-just move on to the next. ‘Grapes: The Fruit of Hope.

Any more news on Kersbrook? Heard they have got Matt Gardner from Onkas. Great pick up. Anyone else? Any retirements or losses from last year?

Serious question, with all the talk between the boys from GGFC and Terminator i was wandering from Terminators comments, if you were to pick a level in the Amateurs that would be comparable to the hills league which level? I only ask as he has claimed the comp if far superior but i couldnt say if it is or isnt? a few years back a mate of mine was playing B grade at Kilburn in div 2 was also getting a kick in the A grade every now and then, he left and played hills for a year (cant remember where) and played A grade at that club and did quite well from memory. I dont know enough about Hills league and was curious of peoples thoughts?

Gardner hasn't signed anything yet, but have heard he may be leaving Onkas. Might have another recruit who's surname rhymes with Box, but he also hasn't signed and his name has been thrown around heaps of clubs. Both from what I know would be handy recruits, but until they sign, Kersbrook will be going in with what they had last year apart from the possible retirements of Paues and Westley. Roger James will be a full time player again after knocking back the Gaza 'B' coaching job and not being appointed anywhere else.

More hopeful the Oval can get up for next season!

I reckon Boozer might just get lost finding his way home from up there on a wintry Saturday night and training in June/July when it's snowing would be out of the question. ;)

Much closer to home at EP eh Booze?

Yes I'd love Boozehound come up and play in a so-called ordinary comp, play against Kersbrook and stand either Brad Pearce, Brett, Roger, Paul James. Then again I'd also like to see him against TV standing Slattery or Jacques too.

Byron Pickett played in the Far West League. Still probably close to the shittiest league in the state. A couple of good players does not a league make.

Top 2 hills COUNTRY sides are around Div 3
The rest would be around div 4 and maybe the lower sides Div 5

It's a stupid comparison, I would have thought it would of been Div 3 and maybe the bottom of Div 2. I know when I played a trial for Bridgy against Unley we smashed them and they were in Div 3 and we finished near the bottom of central division and I think Bridgewater would get smashed by Kersbrook and Torrens Valley.

Big choice for BH - stay at EP and have a very long season or slip up to the Hills for possibly a flag ;)

Flag for Gumeracha! :)) Got as much chance winning one at EP. Gumeracha haven't won an 'A' grade Premiership in nearly 30 years!
