I hear Meadows have signed a few lads from Waikerie, Riverlands premiers from last year. Could be a much improved season for the Dogs.

hall is no loss but soden would be a big in one would think

Is that you Beefy trying to console yourself. If it isn't you have been "pumba" your little ding dong.

Hall played centre half back for the year (left footed highly skilled player) who was never beaten forcing opposing teams to either go wide or kick long to a contest.
The host of Kersbrook running backs thus had a field day.
Ask "Apples" how many times per game he was given the ball by Hall and whether "Beefy" might think he is "no loss"

ur right there mate but his parents wanted to know how much would he be worth if he left birdwood thats all they talked bout and smith was thinking bout leaving as both boys enjoyed being under sj at birdwood and birdwood are the ones that said there happy to swap both boys for mick daniele so no wonder why they been asking around

at this stage of all of their respective careers, id take both scott friend and daniel smith over mick danielle. IMO these two are both hard working very skilful young players, who now have 2 years of div 1 footy under their belts, and just keep getting better and better... be interesting to see if danielle has already played his best footy! but i guess this year will tell.

well he got alot to prove coming back to hills mate but soon find out it was only 2 years ago and he was playing great footy and he only played one year at angaston due to a broken ankle and tendons and ligaments and get him around some smart footy players and he will be back in amongst it i hope he has good year for himself and maccy boys

yeah danielle certainly does his own thing, but players doing their own thing all goes back to the coach doesnt it???? if he cant get them playing as a unit he cant coach can he?? and that seems to be the general concensus with SJ IMO

Well beating every side in the BLG other than the eventual premiers must have been purely on others' shoulders.

If I knew how I'd start a poll.......... ;)
I love grapes. With grapes, you always get another chance. You know, if you have a crappy apple or a peach, you’re stuck with that crappy piece of fruit. If you have a crappy grape, no problem-just move on to the next. ‘Grapes: The Fruit of Hope.

You're right. only drew with Barossa Districts, didn't beat Willaston and as I already stated didn't beat Tanunda either.

Think he'll do well even though it is a big step up.
You just don't get many guys that are 6'6, can play around the ground and don't think there will be many that read the play better.
The ones that can are all in the SANFL or the AFL
