Yeah Ron Lee is playing at Bute. His connections also got Adam Switala to the club. Galla looked a relieved man on Saturday to get his first win.

Switala would have to be 35 or 36 surely?? And their ruckman I've heard is the wrong side of 30...

Switty is about 35.
Don't knock the big man, Halliday - he might be 75 but he's still got plenty of talent. Big men can play on longer than most of us mere mortals.

Every time there's a mention of country footballers being the 'wrong side of 30' or even, 'getting on a bit' I laugh! People quickly forget that their competitions are not elite! Therefore who gives a rat if a blokes 40-45! At the end of the day if he can train and play and is picked then good on him but getting caught up in ages at any level below state league or afl is really stupid.

I think ones a Burgoyne and there were talks of Goldsmith. Dont hold me to that one. Kadina have 17 points to spare and money. So any good players out there that want a last minute change. Kadina is the club to go to.

Willy Sainsbury in the mix

Some big scores this weekend! 10 goals to Serle, Papps and bog promo. Is there that much of a gap between the top sides and bottom sides?
