not sure but hasn't been sighted at the club. Haven't factored him in so assume he is an out. mail tells me he is high on cougars shopping list. Seems a bit strange to me as he is good mates with evo and also tablets.

Good to see footy finally being discussed. An increasing list of scratchings at Waybacks is a bit concerning. Looks like the Rangers 'Ins' of TH, BW, Parker bros, Brooksy, BTB's wife's cousin, WCP etc, have rocketed Rangers to flag favouritism. It was good while it lasted.

Howdy lads, been catching up on all the goss on here this week.. Good luck to Brett Watho, can see his reasons for going to play at Rangers, quality fella who will be a huge bonus for them.. As I read it, it looks like a Wayback v marble Range GF this far out already.. Only Mallee's with a big influx will challenge, tassies & souths still just trying to make finals..
This whole consortium thing died as quick as it started. Now Eski is back playing with the Rangers, Panther will be soon and poor old Bostons will feel the brunt of it.. You weren't playing games hey Panther!!!

Might be under rating your own mob a bit there Scoob, reckon Tassies will have a similar year to the last one with room for improvement. I reckon some quality youth like Reid & Dodd etc just had a look at senior footy last year, they should take the next step and start to dominate this year. Rhino could be anything if he wanted to and they have picked up a few (quality unknown at this stage, eppie can help us here!!). Don't think the loss of Sticks will be as big as some think either, injured for a lot of last year and probably only kicked 30. A spine of Razz, Clements, MJ, Tonkin and Ryan isn't bad at all. MJ is a great leader and I'm expecting more honest performances from the Roosters again this year.

I thought the Peckers had all left the building? Wasn't too concerned about them at all, what do you know that I don't Scoob?

Waybacks still short priced favourites, nice try Boags......

Let's do some early predictions. Ladder at end of minor round (not after finals), Mail medal & leading goalkicker

Waybacks
Marble Range
Tasmans
Mallee Park
Souths
Bostons

Mail Medal - Paul Goodwin (been pounding the pavement for months now)

Goalkicker - Darren Bryant (35 from Boston games will equate to 60+ which is normally enough) Closely followed by Brett Watherston if he plays in the goal square.

You guys talk as if there are only 2 teams in the competition. Tasmans will be right up there until the end of July at least and we could suprise too. Mallee Park can run all day. Very early to be saying there are only 2 chances.
Waybacks 13 wins
MR 12 wins
Tasmans 10 wins
Souths 5 wins
Malle 5 wins
Bostons 0

MM to Matt James and goalkicker to Bryant 45 goals.

Notice how Rossco never posted the list of ins, they have some cards up there sleeve. Schuppan is a dual Mail Medallist and we still haven't been informed about Duncans mates who are supposed guns as well. From Bluesy's list of outs only a couple of them would be hard to replace. If Dom's really gone, Rossco's budget has plenty of room to find more.......

You totally deserve the comment The Axe, you have had a fine season over here on the West Coast and have improved immensly in race riding, tactics and knowledge. OL at this stage is a troll and his comments should be disregaarded until his identity is revealed. You have a great book of rides on Sunday TA , the best rides of any jockey at the meeting - I will go as far to say that a treble beckons, what do you rate your best chances?, great to see Ross give you the ride on Sea Ransom ( if you see Eagle Juan coming though you can drop your hands if you like). Is Shanicity any chance or are we beter off saving our money?

With Dom gone, they can now do the extensions to the clubrooms. If they off loaded George too they could build new clubrooms.
Dom will head North, he has too after what happened, some senior players wont play there if he stays. Fine footballer and good bloke who will dominate up there.

Not all clubs treat player recruitment and retention with the same financial exhuberance that the eagles are famous for H T M. Both those guys are Wayback players with no intention of playing against Waybacks. If you guys are silly enuff to wine and dine them hoping for a signature then.......I think you get the picture  .

grub, you're a good one for calling others trolls! anyway today I read wcp will be in the leadership group and can tell you this will never happen. It is a well known fact he and several other senior players dont get on with the coach (Hull and both Smiths included). after nearly getting the chop halfway through a Mortlock and applying for the MR job for the last 7 years the confidence with the senior group is tarnished.
At 32 and having not played for 3 years BW will have little impact now, family comes first and no passion for new club. When you get over 30 with kids the passion drops off, I wont mention any names.

Devlin and Hippy to UY.....don't worry about Bostons, Mallee's may be the league basket case this year.
