Did you see his picture in the Loxton News two weeks ago, if we can get someone from Southern to describe what Josh Vick looks like we may be able ID him.

I was definetly told about three weeks ago that East Murray had recruited a school teacher and two sand miners.

Josh Victor = Josh Vick ??????

Re: Zac Walker cleared from Glencoe to Cobdogla.

I have some budgets from the Mid South East from last year and Zac Walker's name does not appear in any grade for Glencoe.

Rumour about that one of the young fellas who missed a game for Westies on the weekend due to 'drinking out late' is a Riverland boy.

Apparently he 'missed his taxi'.

Will be a busy day for clearances in next two I'd think.

Barmera-Monash apparently have a few being held up....three or four Westies juniors expected to be playing with the Roos, joining Blake Wegener.

ALSO:

Cobdogla premiership coach Rod Hankin to coach the Riverland Independent side in its match against Mid-Murray. Can expect the Independent side to be a lot more competitive than last year. Also expect it to be better led ;)

Haha. Very coy DW.
Barmera have signed former Bendigo Pioneers and Westies player Andrew Nunan.
Sounds like a pretty handy midfielder.
Coming with Blake Wegener.

Demons also waiting on clearances apparently.
If they are successful, could become quite competitive.

Coy - a big word for you, even if it only does have three letters! Barry - you can be sure RH won't pick a captain who'll be out until 4 in the morning the day of the game...

Big pick-up by Barmera. If they secure two more key midfielders and a tall - they'll be competitive, still time too.
Roos - where are you on this?

Interesting to see what Berri get.

Will be fun for them.
Hope the stretch between Blacnhetown and Waikerie doesn't bore them to death! ;)

Should be very handy. Competition should be quite even this year.
Let's hope so anyway.

DW - The captain that is out drinking with the boys until 4am is the best captain in my eyes.
Nothing wrong with a few pre-games drinks!!!
Otherwise the Independent league would not exist!
