Lydemore has left Bostons and Whillas will have to carry the club as the only name player, this could be their worst year ever (sorry rm) but things arent getting better? They should have programmed this round better 5th v 6th whos going to go watch that and then the good game is at Wangary. not good enough GF.
btb I think whillas could end up with the blurred vision from North sitting on his head all day
Wally has conceeded that they will loose on Sunday and is making a huge effort to improve as the year goes on.

We had close to 50 on the track last night!! I'm emergency for the two's so that will probably mean I'll get a start, not fussed either way. Didn't really enjoy training with the two's but I'm over training twice a week to make A's so the Friday night phone call may be my place this year. A grade looks to still be a strong side, eg J'OB permanent back pocket and Thommo permanent forward pocket. I'd expect to see quite a few rotations through the midfield and with Watho moving well he'll kick a few from FF.

That's great to see those kind of numbers wcp, glad i didn't get the call last night, maybe a few weeks I might help stink out if need be and join you in the two's!

Hey Ak, bet your getting keen to get out on the park again, are you gonna have a game or two or are you officially retired?

ak will be the secret weapon after mortlock...
my mail is that panther trained the house down... 50 at training ... wcp wants to start a C grade
NOW on to more important things....Good Luck to Cozy in the $250,000 Oaks tommorow with the roughie Whippasnappa, it has no hope but always good to have a runner in a G1. Tora Tora Tora could be a chance in the Derby with a good run tommorow, keep an eye on it.
Odysseus will go round in the rain lover, 2500m up his alley and well worth a place bet at odds.
Zaheerena with K Stra aboard looks a leading chance in a moderate $50,000 mares race at Caulfield.
I see Mick Whittle has one running at Hawkesbury tommorow? He must be based over there now? Also - it was nomimated at Randwick last Saturday.
I have been waiting for a horse called 'Wierdo' to run again and I see it is in at EFarm tommorow in race 1, it will be short but it will win. Plenty of money for it on debut from a wide barrier it put in a slashing run for second behind a very smart type called ghetto blaster (who's undefeated). Ghetto Blaster had barrier 1 and all the favours wheras Wierdo raced wide, if you had have swapped the runs this horse would have won by 2-3 lengths... we may get $2.80 - $3 for a $1.80 chance. All-up Connasaince on Sunday!!

Last I heard Mick was in Sydney waiting for a donor heart. Has obviously decided to train a couple while waiting....they will make a movie on his life one day...will be a box office hit....in the same vein as Seabiscuit, Phar Lap and Racing Stripes..

Hey White Tips a little birdy tells me you have had a major done on your mop. Hate to think what it cost you but I sure hope she's worth it. Or are you just trying to scare the crap out of the Tumby boys tomorrow. Have a good game anyway. And make sure you, frase and crew don't get too tuff on MP on Sunday at the Gary. Should make entertaining listening tho.

Totally agree BTB. Rangers slight favs in front of Waybacks.. Panther with all these good forwards like HP,MP & Watho you could sit in the pocket get the 3rd or 4th best defender and jag 3 or 4 a game.. Surely the nostrils must be twitchy with the thought of another flag in the offering...

massive depth out the Gary, but have they got the qaulity of the Dees tho at the top level? The Jury is out! If the Dees go injury free they will develop into a good unit. What round do MR play W and where? Should be a 'cracker' (as rossco would say). Watho wont move far from the sqaure and will be happy to get thru the game. Dont judge anyones performance until after round 3. Let the match race begin.

Think Eski will be up forward somewhere as will Brodie Murphy who has developed a real footballers physique that could take him anywhere. 2nd year of senior footy for Brode's, look for big things from this kid!!

The other 4 sides wont worry about playing W and MR, no point in risking injuries in games you can't win. May as well keep everyone fresh in the 'second battle' the battle for the last 2 final spots. No one has mentioned Tasmans this year? WHy not? I would have thought they would be around the mark this year.
