Donny had a year off coaching last year due to family.

Matt Ganley coached the League side last year and is doing the job again.

Questions

Postby cominghome » Tue Feb 08, 2011 10:40 am

7 dog and Darth can we get an update on who has recruited what.

Any other trial games news?

Lions, Sollies and West have kept off the radar or are things just quiet from those clubs

Are you wanting info on SGL recruits? I think all six clubs up there have lost and gained a few noteworthy players over summer. Maybe scroll through the Spencer Gulf League topic back from about December and you will discover some names.

26th March - South Augusta Internal Trial @ Quorn
9th April - Pre-Season 20/20 @ Quorn, South Augusta, Central Augusta, Lions, Orroroo
16th/17th April - TBA

16th April - Central Oval is booked, not sure if it's West or Central (I think it's Central)
9th April - West Augusta vs BMW @ either Wilmington or Melrose (whichever has better ground at this time of year)

Good luck to Tyrone, I wish him all the best. Tyrone & Riley will be huge losses for Sollies.

Good to have a bit of rain, keep the ovals green and softens them up a bit (good for those of us with weary joints)!

Hey checksider just looking at an old SGL Budget. Was that you named in the side that played Quorn Wolves at Quorn several years ago?
And have you heard the latest story coming out of the Lions den? Kendrick McCallum might have a slight injury suffered when he was up on the roof and twisted his knee while doing the extension at Chris Cains's house in Melrose?
