He has a collective total of about 5 touches in 2 Grand Finals, His Big Daddy's desire to give his son a GF win has probably cost the club the last two Flags

Re meadows..

from GSFL site..

Compass have also lost a group of local boys to Meadows. No big names that I'm aware of but every single point player counts!

I believe the Compass lads can play, 1 a mail medalist at senior colts level.
Also a signing from country Victoria down Geelong way.
50 calls a week from Davo is a little conservative, but look out for all the local guy's to resume with Davo back at the helm

I think Meadows need more than the local boys to return to be competitive after copping many 20 goal thrashings last year.

i hear they are not shaping up too badly at all if my sources are correct have not lost any players from last year & have signed up some handy players for this upcoming season

Hey guys..how the numbers at training??

20 at Maccy i hear and over 40 at Nairne last nite..


I hear there could have been a mass exusdus at TV..to central div club but GH has doubled the player payments..when will this stop??

care to enlighten us as too what central div club it is? Definate outs at this stage for TV are slattery & trewen they are they only two that i def know of thus far

I think injuries were nothing it was more the coach not having a clue that was the problem. Some of the calls that guy made were absolutely terrible.

But right though I think they will be a bit better this year.

I have no idea what their coach was like but with players such as the reid brothers on the sidelines for the majority of the year it didn't help their cause
