Our only loss in 2004 was to Waybacks, this was on the 8th of May and I remember this because South beat Sturt by 9 points the same day, I recall listening to it in Matt Roberts's caravan at Ravendale!! This year round 2 was on the 6th May so I'm guessing it was round 2 2004, we then didn't lose again, giving us 13 minor rounds wins and two finals. Our next loss was to the Peckers last year and I think it was round 3, giving us a streak of 17

I thought we might have beaten your record, but not even close. Your looking the goods to go 14 straight this year from round 3.

So much can change in a couple of weeks, let alone a whole round. I reckon by the time we next play Waybacks, tipping the winner will again be tough.....

Thank god its going to be a Wayback - Rangers grand final, no hard decisions to be made for zoo he will be watching the crows in the preliminary final. Only chance of pulling a decent crowd is if Adelaide play friday night. A game that should have 1000 people attend will be lucky to get 300. Should Fitzy play the gf on sunday? or do you think there is enough Port supporters to lift numbers at centenary. Lucky the two clubs have strong loyal supporters which will put some to the test. And what about the panther will he attend the birth of his second child or choose to win a b grade medal to go a long side his Mick Hegerty Medal?

The ladder is on the front page of the budget every week. I think Ravendale have done well combining with hockey to make the crowd numbers look good. THANK GOD FOR NETBALL! At $3 per person they are just covering the wages of the old fellas on the gates.
Wally will pull a surprise inclusion this week in David Steokle, if they win they will go 2 games clear of LS and certain of a finals berth... it is Tasmans grand final. With Tonkin and Stix... souths wont be able to match them up with Ryan also back in town he may play too.

Must gunna be a windy day when they do the AFL draft this year or that is the impression you get when reading the Match of the day write up in todays Times.

Anyway does anyone know how old this Goldsmith fella is. He's not bad but is he that good (as in AFL good). Big call Bluey

Times called it the game of the round for us against lock this week. As usual we struggle to feild a decent team against them when we play up at lock, alot of people have stuff on that weekend all of a sudden!!

for you radio guru's our outs this week are scruffy, aaron cas, ben schramm, neville stratford (out for year with knee injury), andy story and possible whitetips and brett doley are out also both pending a fitness test..haha

lock have andy hetzel out who apparently got stretchered off last week against tumby, does anyone know the full extent of his injury?

On the Southern Footy thread they were discussing whether Goldsmith would want to return to Onkapariga this year. It was mentioned he would be a '4th string' defender in the Onkas team if he did go back. Either he isn't AFL standard, or Onkas have a very good backline.
Repeated rumours on the Southern thread that he was getting paid large sums last year.
He looks as though he is in his early 20's, but could be very wrong.

Not even close dalton. Pom would not be interested in posting on this site. If you can't eat it then not interested he would say.
No George, No Romeo this week and maybe the season is my mail. Bilney gets plaster off today so he may be a chance later in the year, but things are not good at the 'castle'.

Tasmans trained thier hearts out for wally last night and got behind him after the rumours going around, they should win. Souths I heard drank a keg at the club to bond. could be a masterstroke by Grocke. Why did Tasmans say Wally was safe in their club notes, refer the Times.
