Hey Cougar, was the original clearance lodged before end of Feb? If so, as I understand it, under SANFL law, the clearance can only be rejected if unfinancial or under contract. Last time I looked, there was no written by-law or anything in the HFL constitution to state otherwise.
Think your on the Money there, and reckon the HFL tribunal's decision will be taken to the SANFL, where hopefully common sense prevails, as it seems the Tribunal put in another by-law called 'Give enough SERVICE'. Unfortunately if Kersbrook does appeal to the SANFL, we can't afford a QC.
