Hopefully be competitive......there efforts last year against the Brookers were pretty ordinary. Kersbrook have a couple out for the Water Bag trip, and they are hoping to have a good hit out. Or do Callington reserve their best efforts for Meadows??? Time will tell.....

Kersbrook like many other Hills Clubs have record numbers on the track so far this season, but with not enough for a 'C' grade, the surplus players from each week are going to fill in for Lobethal 'B' grade in an agreement between the 2 Clubs.

Yeah it does help when u have depth, especially turning blokes away most weeks. Im sure some hills clubs would love to be in that situation cos normally u r only as gd as your B grade.

Another Team that must be gathering more numbers is the umpires. Interesting to note that most Club Games this week don't have to supply a 'B' grade Umpire even though both Divisions are playing this week. Understand only 1 game in each Div this week have to supply an ump, and Rookie Ump Brad Smith is starting off in the 2s. Another bloke Umpiring 'B' grade in Hills this year is State Country Opening Bowler T.Bahr.

start pencilling in some Milang type scores when Maccy start getting injuries, they wouldn't have 1 player in the b's that would be worthy of stepping up to A grade
nairne not off to the start they predicted and with Echunga and Meadows in the next two weeks it doesn't get any easier
how can anyone say Gums are better than last year, the top teams are still warming up and doing it easy by plenty
gotta say we have a top 6 already and within 3 weeks maybe a top 5

Kangas look like the side to beat..esp.when smelty gets fit...unless stringer blows a gasket in the meantime...boy did he go off when the rams lead at 1/4 time..

why do his players put up with it??

Kangy still moulding together, and with T. Thorpe, hirst, Raidis, Livingston, Kilsman and Barrat to come back. looking like could be the team to beat again. Stringer can be hard, but he will always get results. not nessesarly liked around the place, but definately respected. the first year he came to the club, he walked in and told us he was not here to be our mate, he was here to build a dominant club.

Whisper has it Gumeracha's coach has resigned already due to personal reasons.....not probably what they needed and I think one of the West Croydon recruits is taking over.

Kersbrook look like they WILL have a 'C' grade now, after Lobey told them that they have enough players. Kersbrook have by far the easiest first 4 rounds of the year in Gums, Cally, Maccy and Nairne.

if stringer is "respected" for the way he conducted himself on satdy...respect must have taken on a whole new meaning..

some of the messages the runner DIDNT take back to the bench would have been interesting...I think kangas runner needs to have a cocklear implant!!!

Yes RB7 no doubt the Nairne game will be the toughest of the Brookers first four games, but as the same last year, Kersbrook and Kangarilla have jumped quickly out of the Blocks.

And Understand Bridgey and Kersbrook might be playing each other in the first 'C' grade game this Sunday to avoid the done up schedule. Then the 'C' Grade draw will be rescheduled for the 50th time.
