dont get me wrong take the king hits out, but leave in the shirt fronts and a bit of rough and tumble.

Interestingly that under the mandatory sentencing, anyone who joined the mellee on Saturday should have been reported and received an automatic 1 game suspension with a plea.
The game has changed for the better. You can still be rough and hard but play the ball.

KWF I don't know where your getting your info from but it's very far from the truth.. Watsons tackle on jarred was fair tackle! No free kick was paid and definatly no high contact! And I heard the verbal spray JW got and there were definatly some colourful words being used

KWF has always played things down /twisted things when it comes to the integrity of the TFC MP much like BTB with the WFC. Take it with a pinch of salt, but great to hear an unbiased view from someone within 100 meters. Thankyou

I hear an injured Tasman footballer could be in hot water over the weekend for underage drinking at a local hotel. Rumour??

I hear that Magic and Magic Frick have accepted the charge and will miss Prelim Final. Makes a bit of a dent in their depth.

I was sitting in my car on Sat and watch the so called Mellee unfold and there was nothing in it pushing shoving and then everyone trying to stop it should have been no reports for either side
But lots of abuse coming from the spectators including Tasmans president I think that is why T G got the book out and took it out on there players

What did these people hope to achieve by abusing the umpires ?

Can someone answer that for me

As Ken said well done to the umps for keeping the situation under control. And to respected umpire TG for making a stand on umpire abuse.

I agree OL but the players should not have to suffer due to loudmouth spectators and lets face it every club has them
It is up to the club stewards to sort out this problem
