Here are my tips

Birdwood v callington - we should win.
Gumeracha v echunga
kersbrook v kangarilla
maccy v sedan
meadows v nairne

Seems an easy round to tip

You think that Meadows will beat Nairne easily?

Fair call, suppose it's a bit more unknown cause we haven't heard anything about nairne over per season but still think meadows will be right.

My ladder at the end of the year.

Kersbrook
Birdwood
Echunga
Meadows
Gummeracha
Kangarilla
Nairne
Macclesfield
Sedan/Cambrai
Callington

No chance that timmy weatherald will be playing at kersey!! given the game up for good

What's the big secret about clearances anyway? It's all part of the game, especially regional footy. It's a fair bet that Club Presidents who don't want them publicized wouldn't be fighting against it if they had a glut of clearances IN rather than OUT. You'd hope that committees would be being honest with potential players regarding where their club is at. And you can't blame potential players for doing homework. Clearance information should have been updated weeks ago.

Very good comment Crumber, right on the ball. This is HFL not AFL. Every player has a right to know what they're getting into if they choose to change clubs.

[b]Birdwood to defeat Callington maybe a record score. 73. 28 to 0.0
Gum have caused a couple of upsets against Echunga not this time Echunga by 8 goals
Kersbrook to defeat Kangarilla by 12 goals
Maccy to defeat Sedan by 18 goals
meadows over the rams in the closest game of the round by 32 pts

Kim Pearce will fill in for Kersbrook B grade this year. The guy must be nearly 60!

My prediction this week,
Birdwood 75 goal
Kersbrook 40 goal
Echunga 20 goal
Maccy 25 goal
Meadows 10 goal

Average winning margin of 34 goals! Can we just start the finals now

Is he Trev McDonald's twin brother? He still goes ok for an umpire

Birdwood v CUE - I'm pretty sure we'll win but I really don't know by how much. It's hard to know how well the team will play against a weaker opposition and we haven't had the luxury ( :? ) of playing in such a one-sided game before like the other Country div teams.

Gumeracha v Echunga - I think Echunga will be right up there again this year and should beat Gum even though there's been a bit of hype about them.

Kersbrook v Kangarilla - Kers will be good again and I look forward to renewing our rivalry with them. Kangarilla bit of an unknown to us at this stage.

Maccy v Sedan - Only just!! I think Sedan will be improved and Maccy will drop off a bit from what I hear.

Meadows v Nairne - match of the round. Meadows do have a few ins but it's hard to believe Nairne will be in the bottom half of the ladder. I think their young group will take another step this year and may just get the choccies against Meadows.

Strout and Jaensch are clearly legends but it is a bit of a concern that these will still be the core of Nairne's B Grade team...

Two promising juniors going to other clubs...fitness coach quitting...24 available last trial...What is going on down at Ram land?

Meadows by plenty

by how much do you think maccy have dropped off?
i would think most teams will be beating sedan quite comfortably bar callington.
obviously with torrens valley up dont think much will change with the top 4.
5th could come down again to nairne, meadows and maccy.
