Apologies was not Jesse Kemp doing the laps but another 6' 2" blonde who looks very similar to Jesse.
I'm reading a book about anti-gravity. I can't put it down.

Does anyone know if they played the Tumby 6 a side yesterday in the heat or was it cancelled?

A run down on the day would be appreciated if they played.

Wagner apparently signed drunk with Tumby recently but due to intoxication the contract is invalid(not sure how correct that is)
Cunningham will follow Wagner apparently

Bostons trying to leech several quality u/17's from Souths

Is Josh still in Adelaide, playing at Mallala?

He's moving back to Lincoln OnSong. So won't be at Mallala unfortunately. Picked up a job there.

 why would it be cancelled due to heat? Perfect conditions for playing cricket up there on Saturday.

Also any Tod River cricketers around here hang your heads in shame  Don't expect an invite back next year or at least make the effort so they don't have to invite Charlton ;)

I heard one of the Tumby sides won and the only person to turn up for Toddies was Horgs and his son. Can anyone confirm?

Colts CC won the day defeating Lipson in the final in front of their very large supporter base  (amazing once Lipson start to win a few things they come out of the woodwork ;) )

Horgs rolled up at about 9.30ish and said he is the only one. His lad was in town but believed that he wouldn't get a game. Tumby found them the other 4 players for the day made the semis with a bunch of ring ins so not a bad effort there.

It's been a long year already in terms of numbers available. I know 6 blokes shouldn't be too hard to find, however with mostly younger lads at the club, playing on new years eve was probably never going to work.
