Yep a few results throwing the spanner in the works......kind of good to see.

B Grade looking like a real tight comp with only North Clare seeming to be 'easy beats' albeit North have the ability to get some good footballers back in that side especially if the A Grade is flying.

Who wins next week?
I got:
A grade
Min man
Riverton
South
North BSR - I’ll be biased and go north but depends which North rock up, they tackle like they did against Riverton they win if not BSR too strong. Hopefully a close game though.
B grade
Burra
Saints
Blyth
Bsr

Key will be the start in the A Grade between North and BSR. The tigers have had a couple of real easy wins, if the tigs can handle the increased pressure North will put on early than im confident our lads can sustain it for longer. If North get a jumpstart they will be very hard to catch. BSR b grade should win based on current results this year but you never know who North could have turn up for a b grade game.

Blyth by less than 3 goals in both the A and B Grade games against South

Min Man easily in the A Grade, BBH just in the b grade.

Southern Saints easily in both grades against Riverton.

Interesting round coming up......crucial 2 weeks for all clubs for another bye and seeding finishing up.

North Clare vs BSR
A grade should be a belter, as mentioned previously the start will be extremly critical, if BSR get on top early hard to see NC coming back. If NC can jump BSR however it will be game on.

B Grade on paper looks like it should be one sided but you cant trust NC, they have the ability to convince very good b grade footballers to have a run so who knows what NC side will show up.

Blyth/Snowton vs South Clare
Spoon day for the A Graders with both teams getting their first legitimate crack at a win. Hard to pick this one but having seen both teams in the last two games i would have Blyth slightly ahead given they were able to at least hit the scoreboard against BSR.

B Grade should be a belter and the b grade game of the round. Both teams vying for a finals spot, this game will come down to who has the best availability. If Gareth Ottens & Scotty Atkinson are playing for Blyth i think that will give them the edge in a close one.

BBH vs Min Man
Big game for BBH, a loss here and they will be a couple of game due to % out of the four. Min Man are going along ok despite losing a fair few players this season. A win here and they can genuinely consider themselves top 2 chances.

B grade will also be a close one. BBH in 4th spot, a win will have them right in that top 4 mix. Whilst Min Man one game out the four need a win to stay in touch. BBH in a close one.

Southern Saints vs RSMU

A day of the two opposites. In the A grade you cant pick RSMU with any confidence, SS are ticking along nicely. Should be a belter and A Grade game of the day.

In the B Grade you cant pick SS with any confidence albeit they should be too strong for Riverton.

A cutla comfortable wins for the BSR over North Clare. B Grade kicked the first 7 goals of the game whilst the A Grade kicked the first 5 goals of the game.

Min Man only just got over BBH. Apparently Drewy had a getable kick after the siren to win the game but unfortunately for Burra missed.

SS keep rolling with a couple of comfortable wins over RSMU.

South Clare got their first A Grade win of the year over Blyth......where to from here for the cats. In the B Grade Blyth got the win really easily in a bit of a surprise for mine.

Riverton Min man was the only close game this weekend. And went Rivertons way. Would have been good to watch!

BBH couldn’t manage a goal against the favourites.

Saints dominate. And North and South wasn’t as close as expected

Yep the a grade out at Burra was a fizzer

Bbh got over BSR by a point in the b grade in a classic b grade encounter. Bbh more clinical in front of goal, with BSR missing 3 gettable shots in the last 5 minutes.

Yeah the two in form clubs and the winner will take premiership favouritism into the second round of games. This works for both grades

Two real tough games at Spalding Oval with the Tigs prevailing just in both.

After playing each team once now no doubt, the Saints are the best opposition we have played in both grades.
