Home and away or finals editions are fine. I would prefer hard copies but scans are fine as well.

Please message me if you can assist.

Was 1992 the year that Border District defeated Penola in the GF? @Benchwarmer

Naracoorte won flag in '92, coached by Scott Duncan.

Against Border Districts.

Must've been 91 then, Donald Dickie got about 45 touches in the GF, I think the girls won the netball GF too.

Huge night back at Frances.

Yeah that sounds right actually.

My brother was playing for Naracoorte in 91/92, and I remember seeing a game at Frances, where DD was playing and he got a lot of the ball that day, I think that was '91.

Sounds pretty cut and dried if the report is accurate with only a penalty to be determined.

Who is likely to be in the firing line when the time comes to hand down a penalty?
The club?
President?
Coach?
The player receiving the sign on?
All of the above???

This is what Willaston got last year if the BLGFA forum post is correct:

$7000 fine
Loss of six premiership points in 2018.
Lost of Apps points next 2 years.
Coach got 12 months
An official got 2 years

Could be a comprehensive penalty if that is anything to go by.

The article states the club did not sanction or fund the sign on fees yet they are in breach of the rules and going to wear the penalty for it.

Raises more questions than answers at this stage. Hopefully once it is sorted all is revealed so other clubs know what not to do...

Who paid this sign on? What was their position in the club? Could the club have done anything to stop this? How did they come unstuck?

im tipping quite a few clubs in kntfl are not doing everything 100% right when it comes to the new salary cap rules. You only have to look at the amount of quality players travelling several hours from adelaide to play country footy in knt...they are not doing it for small pocket change!

The Sanfl and amateurs are just trying to protect their declining brands and player numbers yet they cant match the fund raising and community spirit on show by these rural population disadvantaged towns.

Overall i dont think these salary cap rules are fair to small country clubs fighting for success and in some cases survival. How dare the scumbags in the Sanfl tell clubs what they can and cant spend their money on. Kyby won 5 games for the year and are simply doing what many other clubs are...unfortuneatly they are just the ones who got caught this time around.

No bigger dog act than being sacked half way through the year!!!! Hopefully the players involved are fined or de registered as well, otherwise it will keep on happening. From my experience a lot of clubs in the KNTFL have"recruiting committee's" that operate outside of the structure of the general committee, & are solely responsible for payment & recruitment of players.(as well as raising money)The general committee's tend to turn a blind eye to their recruitment methods & dealings just as long as they can get good recruits. I'll bet that this is what has happened in Kyby's case with the general committee unaware of what the recruiting committee was up to until the sh*t hit the fan.The really interesting thing is that I don't think I have been to an AGM of a country club where the club has listed the player payments in its profit & loss statement. Its as if the revenue /expenditure comes out of thin air.Surely members have a right to know how much the club is spending & where the money is coming from
