Had a guy I work with tell me today there was an announcement at Hamley last night. Big news if it is true….

Good one, thats how you cover your ill informed comments these days.
Trainers should stick to that and let the knowledgeable people talk about the footy.

Angle Vale managed to limp home in the second half of the season to make the A Grade finals - are Balak a chance for an 100+ victory this weekend at Lochiel or will the Owls improve dramatically?

Is it possible to fast forward to the predictable Two Wells v Mallala GF already?

Not sure they will improve dramatically but would think the result would be closer than most expect.
Have heard they have 7-8 starting a grade players who wont return for this week due to injury??
if that`s the case not many sides would cover that amount of carnage as depth is an issue for all clubs.

I wouldn’t count Balaklava out yet with an upset to make it into the GF…… Hitting some good form at the right time. Should get the job done easy this weekend and then have a week off to recover and take on the loser of the Mallala v Two Wells game which could go either way.

Sorry justifies the decision not to play the final 2 home games, when we should have sorry. Balaklava too strong for Angle Vale.. Wait in two weeks time when Balaklava front either Mallala or Two Wells.. false hope... for Balaklava unfortunately.

Didn’t get a chance to get up and watch the A grade Saturday.
The result probably as expected but was balak just way too good or angle vale not upto it?
I think whoever has balak in a prelim won’t be overly confident!

Looking at the team lists Angle Vale had key players missing
Heard the first half very competitive until half way through the 3rd it opened up a bit and Balaks ability to kick goals and not points a big factor
Anyone else get up there for a look
IMO Balak wont get near two wells or Mallala from what i have seen,

Agree. TW and Mallala having a dress rehearsal.
Also think Mallala will be too strong in both finals though.
Hopefully the Roosters can send Cheeky off with a flag before Caleb Edmead takes the reigns.
