All the veterans; Light, Cicolella and Higgs; played great games and the back three key defenders of Forrest, MacKay and Baker destroyed Camplin, Edmead and Slattery.

Go you Eagles!

Off the top of my head, HWE maybe did it in 2008?

They finished top 2 i reckon in 08

Light was very good when he played behind the ball i thought. I thought he should have been made more accountable in that situation, stopping plenty of Two Wells attacks. Did he win the BOG trophy?

Excellent, that's a fair effort for a first year 17's player who is usually a defender, good lad too.

Always played forward until part way thru this year. I moved him to CHB in the U15 carnival in May when he wasn't getting a kick at CHF and I think WWT tried him there as well after that. Reads the play very well at CHB.

Can anyone confirm Zac Bailey at the Brisbane Lions is the brother of Jordan Bailey at HWE?

Chad Ruiz won Balaklava's B&F by one vote over Nick Fergusson yesterday.

I heard Lachlan Mitchell won Angle Vale's. Anyone else had their respective preso days?

Yeah, I only seen him this year rebounding out of defense, I wasn't thinking of previous years.

I think you’ll find they’re still in shock in what was a clinical display by the eagles
Plenty of upside going forward for the premiers and gives the comp a real boot
