FYI Ian Naulty out for six for Hamley Bridge. Best contested ball winner with Brad Torkington so the Bridge will be pretty light on in the midfield.

From the Angle Vale FB page:

"TRIPLE M AND CHANNEL 7 COMING TO ANGLE VALE FC

More details to come and we will continue to promote this event. A very exciting day for the club that will draw a great crowd so tell your friends and family to get down and support us, MMM and Ch7 over these two days.

- Andrew Jarman and Dale Lewis will present the Triple M rush hour from Angle Vale FC on Thursday, July 21.
- Bruce Abernathy and Mark Soderstrom will also present Seven News sport from the ground on Thursday, July 21.
- On match day, 23 Jul against Mallala, Dale Lewis will attend the match, mingle with the crowd and do interviews into Triple M programs encouraging people to come along. Seven News will present the sports segment from the match after the game – and prepare a news story to air in the bulletin.
- In addition – Mark Soderstrom will play in the seniors.

Another great example of the growing interest in our club and opportunity to showcase the many options for participation in football that we offer the community."

It can't hurt. Should get a good crowd along. They'll see one of the best country footy sides going around and possibly at full flight.
And maybe it could draw some good players out the woodwork to help the Owls out next year.

Guessing they're both done until this time next year - they're both expecting confirmation mid-week. Horror day for the Pies.

That sounds terrible Donkey. Never like to see anyone with a long term injury. :(

To make matters worse for the pies, this aint going to help with their premiership assault either.....this bloke makes Brad Robertson look like a C Grader! :D
Southern Football League (SA) Virginia Football Club Johncock, Waylon Pending 2016-06-26

Although, it may attract the attention of the CFL audit committee, who I heard over the past week are investigating a club in this league.

If this is true I feel for them both. Great for everyone else but we don't like seeing good players injured. Good luck lads.

Is an absolute gun player, one of the very best in the state without question, however he does change clubs at least once sometimes twice in a year and is well known to chase the coin. I just think being a known coin chaser could attract some unwanted attention of the higher authorities.
