Virginia could potentially pick up three former players in Hay, Robertson and Ross.

Two Wells or Angle Vale in the frame at all? The Roosters have points to spare and I think United should also have some free as well.

HWE might have room for one player, Balaklava the same.

Not sure where Mallala or Hamley Bridge sit.

Hay is off the Barossa League.

Robbo to Ingle Farm for a healthy sum.

Kilburn already has a clearance pending for him

Yeah unfortunately Kilburn have a bigger bank balance available than Ingle Farm :(

1. He played for us last year.
2. He has family there.
3. Kilburn does not have a loser C grade coach.

I’ve heard from some Salisbury Nth people that United have committed to signing 2 Salisbury Nth players who will be 3 points each and were looking at getting a third player but had no points left.
I was told United are happy with points players like Weistra, Thach, Haughey but if they sign these 2 they will now be forced to play other points players in the 2’s to squeeze these 2 guys in. Could there be clearances coming out of united before June 30?

Ricky Thomas and another fella signed for United at Balaklava today.

I think anyway, Thomas played a season with the Tigers in 2015.

White was 2000-2003, Stafford 2004, Earl 2005-2011 and I cant remember happening in Earl time, if it did would have been 05/06.

Unless he's a ruckman, the Tigers will struggle to make the four.
On paper, they're a decent outfit, especially when Trav Beard is back, just need someone to farm the ball out to their midfield.
Simon Tyler was back in Lincoln with Waybacks playing ressies on Saturday.
Josh Banks was a points player and he's gone O/S so the new fellas shouldn't impede too much on locals getting a game.
Riley Curnow and Ross Sharer both played B grade on the weekend, so if they're already in the twos, that's a good sign for United.

Sharpe a great get. Would of been well sought after by a few clubs. I see he missed the last couple games for Salisbury North so I wonder how soon he will play. United had a few Salisbury North boys a few years back who all left after one year, they would hope they can get them to stick around.

Think that's the plan. Keep them around for next year hopefully.

Anyone see the respective incidents that led to reports against Two Wells' Aaron Dart and Dylan Wise?

It was retaliation from Dart on king
Wise was reported by an official I believe
The umpires didn't lodge a report so not sure what's going on there

I heard it was dismissed on a technicality. Not sure what but likely multiple versions of events from witnesses.

Joe & Callum Hay did speak with Virginia, were happy to play for the highest bidder, which became South Gawler, understand fully why it was never pursued, as a club Virginia are sitting 3rd to bottom and the gap between the top three is more than just 2 players, why waste that money when Virginia can keep getting good game time into some young stars who are getting better every game, a perfect example is South sitting 3rd to bottom both the Hay's boys played against Willaston on the weekend and they still got beaten, Season over for them and they will still be paying those 2 good coin for the rest of the season, United will be paying good coin for the 2 they picked up and if you look at the result Saturday will 2 players make them 10 goals better ? To catch up with Balak, Mallala & Two wells, probably not.
