How can Loxton and Loxton North be in before div 2 teams?

When we went up div 1 was us, Gaza, Seaton and Blackwood.

There's no A1 teams going up though mate, so I'd think the rest would be almost a raffle.

When we went up Nuri played in Div 1 with Gaza. How do you put a BL&G side in Div 1?

How do you put a RFL side in div 1?

They'd probably have a greater percentage of their players available but I reckon they'd still be weaker than Gawler South.

I'm guessing they might do it to try boost the interest. I think the final game of the Saturday when I was up there was Gaza vs Loxton underlights at 8pm, good chance for the local team to test themselves against the best around.

Eastern Park have never played A2 before, Pembroke just avoided relegation, Walkerville were a very good A3 side, then South Gawler, Loxton and Loxton North. I'm not sure how much difference there would be between any of these teams, so why wouldn't the home club play themselves in Div 1?

The teams are listed on the first page of this thread. As for definitive divisions, no, we're just speculating.

Loxton has also been more than competitive every time they've played.

South should go alright, depening on what sort of group they take up. I actually spoke to Herzick a few days ago and he seemed pretty happy with the new blokes they've got.

pembroke and eastern park both going??? i read with interest on the div 2 saafl forum that pembroke don't want to travel to 'feral park' and want eastern park kicked out of div 2!!! this should make a very interesting weekend for these two teams, being camped in the same small country town.... i know for sure that the eastern park players are already jumping at the bit with the thought of playing them after being branded ferals by the college boys! this carnival will hopefully start an intriguing rivalry for the year ahead!!!

I refuse to answer that question on the grounds that I don't know the answer.

You won't see Mods Yet, he's not even on the track yet!

At training on Tuesday Nite, E/Bay can't get Accommodation & Mitchell
the Coach is going to pull the pin on Loxton & Have a trial game against
the Morphett Vale Emus (Yet to be confermed), as they are staying in
our club (E/Bay) on a camp for the weekend.

Just stay in swags and tents in the camping grounds behind the oval. Best way to do it. And if you're effort on Saturday night has been good enough, you won't realise where you pass out anyway.
