Congratulations to Dale and the McLaren B grade on their win today.

I thought Compass might have it for a bit there, but to McLaren's credit - and the likes of Callum Scholar, 'big' Hilly in the forward line and Curto in the backlines - did really well to fight on, and come back for the win.

Yeah. Compass had a real dip. They got off to a good start with the wind and were playing very well.
McLaren adapted to the wet a little better in the second half.

Heard that Jimmy was celebrating (with one C.Hill) all night Thursday and then went straight to work.
There might be a house with some very crooked Gyprock...if any at all.


Managed to keep going most of Friday night hoping that Geelong would make a comeback against Collingwood.

Twice in a row that Steve Walker has won the Association Reserves Medal and not won the McLaren B&F.

everythings bin a bit quiet on the mclaren thread. How are you lookin recruit wise? many signings?.. ive heard strong rumours you are losing a fair few players, any truth in that?.. things seem to be shaky down the road at mclaren which isnt good to see!!

Good win by the boys on the weekend. Went down there looking to see a good game of footy, goin on last weeks form of both sides, but the boys were all over them early and went on with it for four quarters. Well done lads! :supz:
