After playing nearly 30 years of senior football I have three premierships, a bung knee, a stuffed back and as you put it, an intimate knowledge.

Now it's time to cash in!

ahhhh so when a forward falls to the ground - you know he hasn't necessarily been pushed in the back....

I don't think I'd like you umpiring me - you'd read me like a book

The only thing that stops a forward from falling to the ground from a push in the back is when the backman is hanging on to them.

Not a typo in this week's results section of the Mail -

Simon Sumner did in fact kick 21 of his team's 28 goals.
An amazing effort.

Also worth noting that Daniel Proud made his league debut for West Adelaide on the weekend.
10 kicks, two marks and a handball.
Good effort by the young fella from a proud, pardon the pun, sporting family.

Spoke to the 'Golden Boy' on Saturday night and he said that Simmo was spoon fed. Bulla Evans was the full back and had just as many possessions. The big news was the colts upset win over the Swans colts was that their first loss for the year.

Which Proud does Daniel belong to.

Wunkar have lifted the "Mallee Cup" from East Murray.

Seem's like a huge gap between 4th and 5th at present however. There are murmurings that JK has already recruited several Riverland A grader's who are on the outer at their present club's or are not to happy at playing in the shadow of imports.

The interest will be what side of the river these recruits are from as JK has moved to Renmark, so that might rule you out Dogwatcher.

Doing my first final next week, Preliminary final at Ceduna.

Spoke to Rudi at about 1 am this morning, Wunkar put on a big night for him and presented him with a framed No. 12 geurnsey, he was stoked.

Last week was the first time Wunkar had won four out of four since 1999 and now it's happened two weeks in a row.

I forgot to ask them did the Wunkar colts make the four.

Supa,

Wunkar's colts won on the weekend - but their percentage wasn't enough to get into the top four.
Was a pretty exciting match though! Big finish. I don't think I've ever heard Doug Hall so excited.

Cameron McCallum has been in the best recently for Loxton, has been a good player for many seasons with BMW in Northern Areas.

He certainly has.
Seems a quality player.
His wife is a teacher at a local school and she coaches Loxton in netball.
Not sure whether he'll still be with Loxton next season - but has been a handy pick-up.
