A Grade record: Maryborough Castlemaine DFL (Victoria) in 1990
Campbells Creek 100.30.630 b Primrose 3.0.18
CC kicked 36 goals in a last quarter spanning some 50 minutes. PFC folded two weeks later

Under Age record: VFA Under 19's (early 1980s)
Coburg (?) 110.27.687 v the infamously poor Geelong West side

Therefore the Moneybags team got nowhere near the record :)

Yeah mate i heard that Torrens Valley are spending big. They would want to win the flag spending that kind of money.I dont think it works in the long term tho as a team in the Southern League did this 7 or 8 years ago and when all the payed players left they were no longer finalists and are just getting back on track now by playing their juniors.Have been watching your scores and my hat goes of to you boys for fronting up every week and not chucking in the towel.Good luck mate and hang in there.

Results like this one do absolutely nothing for the game but they do make a mockery of the league.

Anyone know the result of the Victor Harbor v Port Elliot game (i think Ross Gibbs kicked around 30) about 10 or so years ago. I'd be curious to compare that to the Callington/TV result from Saturday..

That was the SA record until Kersbrook bettered it earlier in the season. Victor Harbor kicked 72.35 (467) in that match.

Kersbrook set the record with 80.22 (502) and now Torrens Valley has it.
