I'm thinking of heading up to Kapunda this week to watch the game against Gawler Central.

How much does it cost to get in these days?
Politicians kissing babies for good luck,
TV preachers sell salvation for a buck.
You don't need no golden cross to tell you wrong from right,
The world's worst murderers were those who saw the light.

Cheers, mate.

I do believe I will buy The Barracker, and add it to my collection of issues from 2009-2011.

DONNYBROOKS LOCK IN SEPTEMBER

WILLASTON Football Club’s A-grade will play finals this year after its appeal to the SANFL Community League last night saw penalties relating to its salary cap breaches revised.

The Donnybrooks will now be stripped of two premiership points from the 2018 season, and four for the 2019 season, rather than the initial penalty of six points for this season.

The club's fine has also been downgraded from $10,000 with $2000 suspended, to $8000 with $2000 suspended.

It means Willaston is guaranteed a place in finals this September, with the A-grade side now sitting equal third with Barossa District on 10 wins, after the points deduction, one game clear of Freeling (which has the final round bye).

Full details of last night’s hearing will be in our next edition of The Bunyip (August 29).

My mate at the SANFL said it has been very quiet at the offices today about last nights hearing. He did say it went well past midnight before a decision was made, but he also said Josh Glenn's week from hell just got a lot more interesting apparently the boy has failed a SANFL drug test. So no free ride with this one.

Exactly Jim, Its actually a bigger penalty now as they start -4 next year. Unless they made it 8 points this year it wouldnt have made a difference.
Hope they win it

I'm thinking of coming out to the Granny at the Dog Track; how easy is it to get a park?

There is parking next door or in the streets around the Dog Track. Can also get the train which stops right next door...

It's about a 5 minute walk from the train station and then a 12 minute return walk.
