Yes has CFB made a decision if penalty to be handed down or is nothing going to be done . When will they announce decision / penalty or is this just another rumour that has happened and will just drift off into the sunset

The CFB haven't handed down the penalties yet, I believe they are looking into the past two years as well. the problem they have is the people who were managing the club are no longer involved and cant be made to provide information or front a CFB tribunal hearing.

Surely Glenn should get fined his sign on fee that he took??
So this toothless tiger finally gets a club after what, 3 years, but only because a player they sacked blew the whistle.

Is he still going through court?

Yeah from the start the onus has been on clubs to prove themselves innocent in the case of an investigation.
