Had the pleasure of watching Orroroo host BMW on Saturday and was pleasantly surprised by the standard of footy on show on what might be the biggest ground I've ever seen. That oval is massive.

BMW too strong in the midfield and as the game opened up they ran harder and used the ball better than Orroroo.

BMW - will improve Taylor is a huge in along with some others returning plus a few other gun recruits, you'd expect them to be a lot better.

Broughton - seems to be some losses, I'm sure they will have some recruits come in, unknown maybe at this stage?

Crystal Brook - lost some quality young players with the change of coach? Slattery is a big gain and some quality adelaide recruits will see it around the mark again you'd imagine.

Jamestown - you'd expect to improve under redden, lots of talk of recruits so interesting to see who they actually end up with.

Orroroo - looks to be a few losses but they are always around the mark.

Southern Flinders - Mazzone is back, no talk of losses so they would have to be flag favourites.
Please feel free to correct or add anything else!

Woodards gone, favourites for the spoon noiw

How many games to play before finals for NAFA? Is it a two horse race between Crystal Brook and Jamestown/Peterbrorough?

Would've thought BMW are a good chance after knocking JP off for the second time on the weekend.

1 game left before finals start.

Whats the news around the league. My tip is Broughton the big improvers with some good recruiting. My team to slip down the ladder is Southern Flinders. They have lost some good players and their young players still a year or so from being ready to stand up. Wont make the finals IMO. What are peoples thoughs? Whats happening at other clubs?

Orroroo big improvers with new coach, J-P big chance back-to-back, SF will be keen to handball the wooden spoon, BMW will scare half the competition most of the time, Crystal Creek will be a huge threat and Broughton will be the smokey.

Well done to Crystal Brook, A and B grade premiers. Undefeated through the A Grade season too, well done to Shane Arbon and the Roosters lads.

Melrose put on a pretty good day for it too.

The NAFA should be like the AFL, all grand finals at Melrose. What a day and what a scenery there. By far the best oval in the comp. Too good Crystal Brook. Will be interesting to see if you can hold onto all the guys for next year with the salary cap coming in
