Regardless of what ever happens in life, the punishment must fit the crime. The incident on Saturday was way over the top and was only worthy of a 50 metre penalty and at very worst a yellow card. The central umpire in charge didn't even see anything in it or didn't even see what happened, it was only when the 'goal umpire' came in and said he was reporting the Tasmans player that the central umpire decided to pull out the red card. Total shambles.

Tasman coach Semmler laid a late bump on Boston forward Gooder after he had taken a mark right on the quarter time siren. Similar incidents would happen in every footy game on EP every week. Gooder got up without any trainer assistance and jogged to the goal square for his kick. The rest has pretty well been described obove.

Big signing for Marble Range with ex Port Adelaide in his younger days, & since 100+ goals a year on many occasions in South East & Hills leagues

I assume it was prior to 30th June & that also MR are OK with the APPS points as he will be a 3 pointer

I see that MR have been trying to get Wes back but the clearance has been denied twice.I presume that he would be three points as he wouldn't have played enough games last time round.and Laube from Port Augusta will be three must be getting close to the max points by now
