Southern Flinders and Broughton-Mundoora's seasons are in freefall and one or two losses from being in the ambulance. Scott Brand wont get speared but I think he will quit in September. Mark Stutley will get boned by the Eagle inner clan and can expect the parachute at the end of the season.

Central - Ken Burton
North - Dave Freeman
South - Travis Hole
Roopena - Peter Usher (I think?)
W/Bay - Brenton Cabban
West - Russell Sawford

Could rule out Central and West you'd think, probably also North, Roopena and maybe South. Leaves only 1 other? :?

Also, a Whyalla coach has apparently copped a fair old spray from both his playing captain and the club president about certain spects of his demeanor. Source: Corporate golf day recently.

I dont think skypilot meant this coach was going to get sacked, just copped a spray- there's only one coach there I think he will be hearing stuff about & they wont be sacking the boy from yapoona at present :)

I am fairly sure that Lions coaching spot was available at the end of the last but the club decided Duck was the best coach for the job. Club has been struck by a lot of injuries.

Ganley and Boston are safe in Pirie.

maybe you are correct squids and i am sure lions made the correct move as i believe the only other applicant for the job was another former fringe A grade footballer and former coach of solomontown Brian Butchy Smith who probably has the most ordinary coaching record in Australia.

Mallala Football Club is currently looking for an A GRADE coach for season 2011 and beyond. Coming off of 3 out of the last 4 premierships and right in the mix again this season, combined with a very young playing squad, promises to be an exciting prospect for the future coach.

The current coach has stepped down after 7 years.

I was told by a player he wasnt willing to committ to the Clubs demands of having to go down there and Coach Tuesdays as well seeing that 14 of the A Grade are training in Adelaide.
Fair bit of player backlash towards the committee i am hearing
Players want him to continue

According to a few of the city based goolwa lads the coach spent more time trying to organize the footy trip then working on any game plans!

Didn't even last the season? His stocks have fallen a long way since taking a cashed up Barossa to Back to Back flags.
