Mclaren have now confirmed their A Grade Coach for 2016 will be Ex Mudlark big man Shane Sterzl. Great appointment
Any players from Valley's heading to the wine region with him?? Talk of pay cuts to current players for 2016 after the club signed Lawrie on 4 figures. Would imagine he's chatting to a few over a beer or two.
Seems a big exodus at the Valley already, blokes going everywhere. A few heading McLaren Vales way including Heubner and ex-skipper McKenzie. Are there more?

Just wondering about the rule of how many players could be cleared from one club to another ? Does this rule still exist or is it just something the SFL cooked up?

Have definately read about that rule somewhere and the limit was 3 players from one club to another however dont know if it is still in or if it could really be enforced. If blokes wanna leave why would you want them anyway

Left at half time, Pongy four goals to one up. Scrappy game. Pongy looked to have more cohesion.

Pongy Ressies won by over 10 goals.

Always a good day at Pongy
Let that be a lesson to you Port, no one beats the Bays five times in a row in a GF and gets away with it!!!

Havent heard much about trials on here. Goolwa boys had any trials how they looking? I would imagine they may have been a little depleted due to their As and Bs being in cricket GF.

What about Happy Valley past players, Oops i mean McLaren. ;-) relax Eagle fans only joking. Have they had a hit out under Sterzl yet?

Was a good hit out. Fast paced but Reynella way too classy as expected and won by about 10ish goals. McLaren just a bit rusty with pressure disposal. Reynella definitely one of the best going around.

Not much to go on besides the transfers, but I would agree with LF....Bays over Strath then everyone else fighting it out for the other finals berths.

Big wraps on Priest then LF?
