Left at half time, Pongy four goals to one up. Scrappy game. Pongy looked to have more cohesion.

Pongy Ressies won by over 10 goals.

Always a good day at Pongy

Good to hear AB did big Duldig play or is he balls deep in his new job seeking out the crooks of the comp ! Last seen down near the coast, hopefully he has some CONCRETE evidence because if he doesn't the law makers/ boys club will throw it out

Just seen the clearances  Apparently the big fella looked into my evidence and was offered some CONCRETE boots and a ride in a big boat out to the reef  Last seen on his trusty steed heading for the western border league :axe: :-T

Is this a permanent clearance, or just a permit for a week?? Was well held on Sat, but his supply wasn't great. If he can get decent supply, he will kick 100 easy wherever he plays. Guy is a man mountain.

Is there a connection between McLaren Vale and Mitcham? seem to be a few that head either way most seasons

What are the allocated points in this league for this season?

yeah he's at the Eags. doing pretty well from what I hear. Good achievement to crack their side since their ressies haven't lost for nearly 2 years. Loots their former Captain has left and joined Mitcham. Heard he is pretty handy

Oh Loots has left you say. Now the club can start moving forward. Possibly the biggest DELETED going around in local footy. DELETED. Ask the guys at Valley what they think of him.

Well maybe now McLaren can move forward and building a good culture

So (the rest of) round one is finally here!!

Tips:
Bays to defeat Strath
Goolwa to beat Creek
Compass to beat Victor
Willunga over McLaren

With no real confidence in any of those!

Little confused here, didn't the club move the coach on due to a blew with Loots and now he's gone. Or a master move to get rid of them both

Well of course the heart says Roos, but with it being round one and not much to go on the head has to say compass. Seems they've lost no-one besides Ziggy and they'd all have to be raring to make amends after falling over in the big dance.

Can't wait to country footy on the side of the hill tomorrow!

Creeks came from 7 goals down to defeat Goolwa.
Trailing 2 goals to 9 just before half time it looked to be how far for the Magpies but 2 late goals in the 2nd qtr gave the Creeks the slightest of hope. 2nd half was all the Creeks as they started to dominate the rucks and centre clearances and piled the goals on and hit the front halfway through the last term. 3 quick goals by Goolwa got the lead back but the Creeks showed a ton of courage to come again and finish off strong to take it out by 16 points.
Brett Ebert could have had 3 goals on the board early in the 1st term but squandered easy chances and there after was pretty quiet partly due to the lack of supply after half time. Keeley only playing a couple of games before returning to Port Lincoln will be a big loss for the Creeks. Creeks certainly wont be a Premiership threat as they continue to develop young talent whilst Goolwa/Pt Elliot will certainly have to improve markedly on that to be considered a contender.

Sorry dogs. [emoji12]. Nice first up win to the Roos [emoji41]... Despite the best efforts of the umpires. Some of the most unfathomable decisions I've seen in a while!

Credit where's credits due FOD you guys looked the better side on the day, when the bulldogs hit the front with minutes left I thought thank Christ!
You guys have a young running enthusiastic side and have recruited a couple of guns all the best for the year :D
As far as the umps go the whole crowd were confused from the first bounce to the end and that was a shame ruined a good day out :?
Just a thought do umps have a preseason because those two didn't attend
