Thats good if he sticks around and eventually makes his return for them as he is a quality player. Roids, banned substance, non approved performance enhancing products...same difference. I believe it could have been an honest mistake but unfortunately "i didnt know it was banned" didnt cut it with that pathetic excuse for an organisation that is ASADA.

To be quiet honest a lot of us probably eat something at some point in time that has a banned substance, and to think someone with his reputation that is a natural body builder would knowingly take a banned substance is a absolutely ridiculous. And yes he's been a very loyal servant, quality player and an even better person. Will be good to see him make a return at the Bears when this is over.

Can confirm that Chris Hall has been appointed assistant to Marty Mattner at Sturt. What a great appointment for him - a champion guy and a huge loss for Mannum and the RMFL. He is by far the best country league coach going around in South Aust and he will do well in the big smoke. Mannum have guys like Mick O'Malley in the wings to take his place - no worries

Correct.....there would be a few beauties around. Scott Sutherland @ Uraidla and Brett James @ Kersbrook records would stack up pretty well.

i am not sure what the size of the league has to do with the suggestion that a coach in it is the best coach in any league in the state...
but anyway..
I would have thought scott sutherland's record is very hard to top.
but here is a philosophical question.
does a good coaching record mean you must be a good coach???

Do you have an idea Rusty? I'm hearing Craig "Diddles" Harvey is returning to coach the Roos along with his brother in law Andrew Pech returning.
